Langhe Rosso Mores 2018 Burlotto
Langhe Rosso Mores 2018 is a fine Piedmontese wine produced by Burlotto. Made from 50% Nebbiolo and 50% Barbera grapes, it is a pleasant and full-bodied red wine that ferments with maceration on the skins for 10 days in French oak vats. The wine matures for about 10 months in barriques (where malolactic fermentation also takes place) and for about 10 months in 35 Hl French and Slovenian oak barrels. After bottling, normally carried out in late spring, the wine rests in the cellar for at least 6 months before being marketed. The color is ruby red with a fruity, floral and spicy nose. In the mouth it is full-bodied, elegant and persistent.
