Barbera d'Asti Superiore "Villa Pattono" 2016 is a red wine from Piedmont produced by Renato Ratti. Made from a blend of Barbera and Merlot grapes, it is an intense and structured wine, also suitable for aging up to 6-10 years. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of about 30 ° C in stainless steel containers, with maceration of about 7-10 days. Subsequently the refinement lasts 1 year. Monferrato rosso "Villa Pattono" is intense ruby red in color, with a nose of ripe fruit and spices. In the mouth it is full and persistent.
