Le Rose de Janot 2019 D.J. David
Le Rose de Janot 2019 is a natural rosé wine produced by D.J. David. It is made from a blend of typical local grapes: Syrah, Tempranillo and Cinsault, grown according to certified organic farming principles by the skilled hands and passionate hearts of Janot and Martine. The age of the vines is about 40-50 years old, harvesting is done by hand and fermentation is spontaneous by using only indigenous yeasts, subsequently the wine is aged in cement tanks.
