Pinot Noir 2019 Binner
Pinot Noir 2019 is a natural red wine from Alsace produced by Binner. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from vines about 45 years old that grow on a limestone and granite loam soil and are cultivated according to biodynamic farming principles. Maceration lasts about 12-14 days with whole bunches, manual pressing, spontaneous fermentation followed by aging on lees for 8 months in centenarian oak casks. Domaine Christian Binner's Pinot Noir is a fresh and tasty red wine, characterized by red fruits and flowers and a balanced taste between acidity and smoothness, pleasantness and good persistence.
