The Denogent family is the emblem of the small Burgundian production of natural wines.
Expression of a terroir unfortunately underestimated, all wines of Denogent are natural and organic wines, produced by removing as much as possible the chemistry of manipulation in the aging and cultivation of vineyards that count up to 70 years of age.
The natural wines of Denogent are wines aged and fermented in used barriques of second and third passage, with bottling after 2 years in cask.
Jean Jacques Robert Denogent is a reflective type less impetuous than his children, extraordinarily nice, especially Nicolas.
The wines are very well made and natural vinification does not make them lose elegance, on the contrary, it increases their details and their acidity to the point that, even when they reach 14 alcoholic degrees, they are never "warm" on the palate.

Jean Jacques Robert is a less impetuous reflective type of children, extraordinarily nice, above all Nicolas.
