Prosecco Doc Brut Tre Mat
Prosecco DOC Brut is a natural Veneto wine produced by Tre Mat. In the context of the most famous bubbles of Veneto, the Tre Mat company wants to stand out for its idea of producing Prosecco "as it once was", according to ancient traditions: without using chemicals and respecting the times of nature. Thus, among the labels of the range, this Prosecco Brut comes to life, from a vineyard of the 70s located in Valdobbiadene, which stands on a gravelly soil and this gives the wine a great minerality. The refermentation takes place after 1 and a half months of autoclave, brut dosage with 12g of sugar residue and 11% alcohol. Of bright straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage, this Prosecco Tre Mat expresses hints of pear and apple, notes of white flowers and mineral touches. In the mouth it is fresh and pleasantly savory. A modern and lively Prosecco that is drunk with great pleasure, perfect to be consumed as an aperitif when young.
