Riesling Trocken Hermannshöhle Donnhoff
Riesling Trocken Hermannshöhle is a fine German wine produced by Donnhoff. The Riesling grapes come from the most renowned area of Nahe, from vineyards facing south which are located at 130-175 meters above sea level. It takes its name from a small mine, or "Höhle", which is located in that area, in the middle of the hill. "Hermann" comes from the god Hermes. Its soils are mainly blackish gray slate mixed with extrusive igneous rock, porphyry and limestone. Donnhoff's Riesling Trocken Hermannshöhle is bright golden yellow in color; the nose and mouth is very rich, intense and complex with deep mineral aromas. A very elegant and high quality wine.
