Rielsing Auslese Karthauserhofberg NR57 2011 is a sweet wine from Germany produced by Weingut Karthauserhofberg. It is a Riesling from Mosel region, "Auslese" means it is a sweet wine, at the same time it is characterized by a high acidity which allows this wine a great predisposition to aging. Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts, whereas aging takes place only in steel tanks. Brilliant golden yellow in color, it has a very elegant, intense and complex nose of dried and exotic fruit, ripe apple and spices. In the mouth it is bewitching, the sweetness is balanced with acidity for a long and harmonious sip. A great wine from Moselle.
