The Bourgogne Aligote 2020 is a white Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Lejeune. The estate comprises 9 hectares of vines cultivated according to biodynamic principles, where the three typical varieties of the region are grown: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Aligote. Aligote, which is considered the "little brother" of Chardonnay, producing lighter, simpler wines, is actually capable of producing delicious, high-quality products, as in the case of this Bourgogne Aligote. Bright straw yellow in colour, it offers a fresh bouquet of lemon, herbaceous hints and light mineral notes. The taste is clean and pleasantly refreshing.
