Cassa Legno Speciale Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore 1992-1993-1994 Ferrari
This wooden case contains a special selection of 3 vintages of one of the most renowned and requested Italian classic method sparkling wines: Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore, from the vintages 1992, 1993, 1994. The history of this label dates back to 1972, when Mauro Lunelli decided to produce a very particular Metodo Classico and presented the bottle eight years later. This bottle was so successful that they created a label especially for the master founder of bubbles. This is how one of the most precious and requested sparkling wines of the world was created, obtained by only Chardonnay grapes coming from Maso Pianizza, the oldest and most prestigious cru of the winery, located between 500 and 600 meters (1,500 and 2,600 feet) of altitude. Aging takes place on yeasts for 10 years, during which time the wine is enriched with complex and precious aromas and a unique and rare taste, an illustrious symbol of the type and terroir of Trentino Alto Adige.
