Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs Réserve Grand Cru is a prized Champenoise method sparkling wine produced by De Sousa. It is a beautiful expression of Champagne from the Côte des Blancs, a cuvée made from only chardonnay grapes from vineyards managed on a biodynamic basis distributed on the Grand Cru Avize, Cramant, Oger, Choully, Le Mesnil, assembled for a third with reserve wines of old vintages. Champagne Brut Réserve Grand Cru has a great elegance and delicacy but at the same time a beautiful personality; shows a bright straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose gives delicate floral aromas of rose, dried fruit, yeast and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is soft and balanced, excellent to drink and with a fresh finish. Excellent to drink as an aperitif or on fish-based appetizers.
