Champagne Grand Cru Ambonnay Brut Reserve André Beaufort
Champagne Grand Cru Ambonnay Brut Reserve is a fine Champagne produced with natural methods by the company of André Beaufort. Obtained from a blend of Pinot Noir and a small percentage of Chardonnay, from Gran Cru vineyards of Ambonnay, grown according to an organic regime. Manual harvest with careful selection of the bunches, fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with malolactic fermentation. Bottle refermentation according to the principles of the CHampenoise Method and voleè disgorgement, with dosage before bottling and at least 24 months on the lees. The Brut Reserve Grand Cru Ambonnay shows an intense straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. Complex on the nose with citrus aromas, red and dried fruit, mineral notes, in the mouth it has a rich structure and is fresh. A very interesting classy Champagne.
