Champagne Millesime Guy Bouvet 2010 Antoine Bouvet
Champagne Millesime Guy Bouvet 2010 is a fine wine produced by Antoine Bouvet. The young Antonie Bouvet carries on the work started by his grandfather Guy from whom he inherited the passion for Champagne and despite his young age he has clear ideas about producing wine according to biodynamic methods, in full respect of the territory.
This cuvée is obtained from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes in equal parts, which are cultivated in a sensitive and careful way and come from calcareous and chalky soils that give life to high level Champagnes. This label is dedicated to his grandfather Guy Michel, and it is made from a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, harvested in 2010 and coming from the villages of Avenay Val d'Or, Bisseuil and Mareuil-sur-Ay, all villages classified as Premier Cru.
After refermentation, this Champagne stays on the lees to age for 9 years for a low final dosage of 2 g/l. Millesime Guy Bouvet 2010 is a structured and very fruity Champagne, a very special bottle.
