Champagne La Rosé Brut Vincent Brochet
Champagne La Rosé is a fine wine produced in the traditional way by Vincent Brochet. It is made from a blend of 15% Chardonnay and 80% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier coming from Premier Cru vineyards of Ecueil and Sacy. The cuvée is made from grapes harvested in the current vintage plus 50% of vin de réserve from the two previous vintages.
Both in the vineyard and in the cellar are used ancestral techniques, non invasive and highly respectful of terroir. Vinification is done entirely in oak casks and we try to avoid malolactic fermentation of base wines, keeping temperatures low in order to give a good amount of freshness to the wine. Once bottled, Champagne is refermented in bottle according to the principles of Champenoise method, with permanence on its lees for a period of about 32-42 months. The final dosage is 9 g/l and it is classified as Brut.
Vincent Brochet's Rosé Brut is a crisp and fruity Champagne, with a nose where citrus fruits are evident, which then give way to red fruit. The sip is fresh and lively, light and enjoyable.
