Champagne Grande Reserve Andre Clouet
The Champagne Grande Reserve is a fine wine produced by Andre Clouet. It is a Blanc de Noir made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, from the thousand-year-old vineyards of the village of Bouzy in the heart of the Reims mountains. Here, the particular chalky soil and a cool climate make the terroir extremely suitable for the cultivation of Pinot Noir.
Clouet adopts very careful working practices to preserve the terroir, since the grapes are extremely precious and limited in quantity, over time we have tried to preserve them from any kind of wear and tear, atmospheric or otherwise. Harvesting is strictly manual, as is the selection of the individual bunches. The production of this Champagne Reserve is often reserved for historic patrons of ancient and noble French families, this makes you understand the value of this bottle and the company.
The Champagne Grande Reserve of Andre Clouet has a luminous straw yellow colour. The nose expresses interesting fruity, floral and citrus notes for a rich but velvety, persistent sip.
