Crozes Hermitage Pe De Loup 2017 Dard et Ribo
Crozes Hermitage Pe De Loup 2017 is a fine Rhone Valley wine produced by Dard et Ribo. It is made from 100% Syrah grapes grown in the estate vineyards located in the municipality of the same name and processed according to biodynamic farming principles. Fermentation takes place with 90% destemmed bunches, the remaining part not destemmed is pressed with the feet in order to favour a spontaneous fermentation without selected yeasts; maceration lasts 20 days and afterwards, the wine will refine in 500 litre barrels for 12 months. The Crozes Hermitage Pe De Loup 2017 has an intense ruby colour, with a bouquet of red fruit, especially cherry, followed by spices (typical of the grape variety) tobacco and leather. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity, for a fresh finish.
