Soave Classico Colle S. Antonio 2016 Graziano Prà
Graziano Pra is a winery deeply committed to the production of healthy natural wines, real wines that express in a glass the whole territory and the vintage following the dictates of organic and natural agriculture, for a winemaking that is not dictated by the fashion of the moment but exclusively by what Nature allows to obtain.
The "Colle Sant'Antonio" Soave Classico di Prà originates from pure Garganega grapes, coming from plants between 30 and 60 years old, cultivated with the Veronese pergola system. We are located in a terroir about 150 meters above sea level, characterized by a volcanic subsoil, facing south-east. The must obtained from the soft pressing of the berries ferments at a controlled temperature of 18 degrees in large Allier oak barrels, where the wine then remains to age for a total of 18 months. At the end of this period the "Colle Sant'Antonio" is ready to be bottled and put on the market.
The Soave Classico di Prà has a very intense and concentrated straw yellow colour. The nose is a jubilation of stratified scents, where from honey to hay, passing through different nuances of fruity notes, a very interesting olfactory profile is outlined, in perennial evolution. Refined the entrance to the palate, where a sip of good structure is connoted by a fresh and mineral imprint, which goes well with an incisive and deep drink.
