Cirò Rosato 2019 Scala
Cirò Rosato 2019 is a Calabrian rosé wine produced by Scala from Gaglioppo grapes from the town of Cirò Marina in Calabria. Scala is a company attentive to the revaluation of the territory and for this reason has chosen to produce wines exclusively from indigenous grape varieties, such as this Cirò Rosato that comes from the vinification in rosé of the indigenous red grape Gaglioppo. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation the wine is decanted and left to refine in stainless steel containers for 3 months. Before being put on sale, it is left to rest in the bottle for a month. Scala's Cirò Rosato 2019 has a bright and intense pink colour, the nose is refreshing with aromas of strawberry and pomegranate and floral notes of glycine. In the mouth it is drinkable and balanced with a mineral streak.
