Domaine Gruhier is based in the charming Abbey of Quincy, located in the French valleys of Epineuil. Today, the estate consists of 28 hectares of land distributed between the territories of Chablis and Epineuil, cultivated according to organic farming principles, working in a way that supports the timing and natural characteristics of the grapes.
