Chablis 1er Cru "Montee de Tonnerre" 2018 Magnum Raveneau
Chablis 1er Cru "Montee de Tonnere" 2018 is a fine French wine produced by Raveneau. Chablis from this celebrated winery are unobtainable wines both because the vineyards are all exclusively 1er Cru and Grand Cru, and because of their inestimable quality and value: they require years of aging before they can fully express the incredible complexity and logevity they have. After 8-10 years these wines not only acquire a greater richness and structure but they also reveal new layers of aromas and flavors.
Chablis 1er Cru "Montee de Tonnere" 2018 is produced with grapes coming from the homonymous vineyard, considered among the most valuable ones of the estate, which extends from the city of Auxerre to the city of Tonnere where the ascent (Montée) of the hill begins. The wines of this 1er Cru can be compared to the Grand Cru of the estate for their intensity and longevity: it shows a luminous light yellow color.
