Champagne Cuvee Des Grand Vintages Eric Rodez
Champagne Rose Ambonnay is a fine wine produced by Eric Rodez. It is made from a combination of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay maceration cuvée, all grapes from Grand Cru vineyards in Ambonnay, in the Montagne de Reims. The cuvée is composed of half of the reserve wines from 6 different vintages and the other half of wines from the current vintage. The Champagne Rose Ambonnay of Eric Rodez presents itself to the sight of a colour is intense pink, the very expression of maceration of Pinot Noir. The nose is complex and reveals, after a few moments, the marked presence of small red fruits thanks to the Pinot Noir. The mouth, all lacy thanks to the Chardonnay, is round and creamy with touches of delicate wood. An intriguing and mouth-watering rosé Champagne, perfect with aperitifs and fish dishes, sushi or red fruit desserts.
