Champagne Blanc de Noirs Eric Rodez
Champagne Blanc de Noirs Eric Rodez is a fine Champagne produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes obtained by combining more than 15 base wines from 7 different vintages (from 2002 to 2007) exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in Ambonnay. Fermentation takes place for 70% of the grapes in small oak barrels, whereas 30% does not undergo malolactic fermentation in order to preserve a beautiful freshness and a great aging potential. Champagne Blanc de Noirs Eric Rodez has a luminous golden yellow color. The nose expresses a rich and multifaceted bouquet of yeast and brioche, peach and flowers. In the mouth it is structured, fresh, elegant and persistent. This is undoubtedly a full-bodied and structured Champagne Blanc de Blancs, supported by a beautiful elegance.
