100% Verdejo, prefilozoic vineyard, vineyard planted in 1868 in Nieva, on a very poor soil of silica sand and boulder at 915 meters above sea level. Surface 0.58 hectares. Taking up the tradition of grandparents and this area, this wine is born.
Isse Tinaja is the result of the introduction of must with high turbidity, in earthenware pots.
With the minimum intervention the fermentation develops very slowly, controlled thanks to the temperature of the cave of El Parral (11º to 14º).
The fermentation lasts several months, after this time, the jar is closed for aging.
