L'Hopital Trousseau 2019 Domaine Buronfosse
L'Hopital Trousseau 2019 is a natural wine produced by Domaine Buronfosse. It is made from Trousseau grapes, an indigenous variety of the region from ancient vineyards dating back to 1948, which rest on soil composed mainly of limestone and marl. The grapes are completely destemmed and macerated for 8 days, followed by ageing in oak barrels of different vintages. L'Hopital Trousseau 2019 from Buronfosse is a wine that expresses an elegant nose of red fruits and mineral salts. The sip is light and refined, at the same time complex and deep. It is pure Jura in the glass.
