Pinot 2019 Domaine Buronfosse

Pinot 2019 is a natural wine produced by Domaine Buronfosse. It is made from 100% Ploussard grapes, sourced from a terroir composed of sand and silt. The wines of Buronfosse are produced according to the principles of true organic farming, where the preservation of the terroir and the native vines prevails over everything else. This Pinot is part of the small percentage of red wines from the 4.5 hectares that the Buronfosse couple cultivate. The semi-carbonic fermentation takes place in whole bunches with maceration for about two weeks. Refinement takes place in backery/steel vats and barriques for 8 months.
