Rosato Jeune 2015 Chateau Musar
Rosé Jeune 2015 is a rosé wine from the Lebanese winery Chateau Musar, which produces wine in a natural way, from grapes grown in vineyards in the Bekaa Valley area, characterised by limestone soils rich in skeleton and the cool climate of the altitude, which reaches 1000 metres. The altitude and considerable temperature differences between day and night intensify the aromatic qualities of these wines.
Cinsault and Mourvèdre are grown here, the grapes from which this label is made, of great quality and elegance. After a brief maceration on the skins, the must ferments spontaneously in cement and steel tanks, where it is left to age for several months.
The Rosé Jeune Chateau Musar has a delicate and luminous pink colour; on the nose it offers floral and fruity aromas of cherries, currants, wild strawberries and delicate notes of oriental spices. In the mouth it is pleasant, fruity and well balanced between a soft entry and a pleasantly savoury finish.
