Fuori Misura 2020 San Giusto a Rentennano

Fuori Misura 2020 is a Tuscan rosé wine produced by the San Giusto a Rentennano winery. It is a lively and very pleasant rosé wine obtained from the blending of different Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Merlot grapes, vinified in rosé. Its fermentation takes place very slowly for 10-12 days with the addition of 10% of fresh disparate grapes at a temperature not exceeding 23°. The wine obtained has a dark pink colour, a very pleasant aroma with hints of violets, fruit, especially blackberry and wild strawberries. On the palate it has a good structure with a very balanced minerality and sapidity. A wine to be drunk chilled, accompanying medium-aged cheeses, cured meats and pasta or risotto dishes.
