Cerasuolo D'Abruzzo 2020 Valle Reale
Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is a natural wine produced by the Valle Reale company, from one of the most widespread red grape varieties in the Abruzzo region: Montepulciano, a generous grape rich in anthocyanins, which gives very fruity, floral and aromatic wines, in this particular mountain microclimate matures slowly and gives the wines elegant hints and great freshness, characteristics suitable for rosés. After a brief contact between the must and the skins in the press, the wine ferments spontaneously in steel where it ages for six months before being bottled. It has a bright coral pink color; the nose is intense and complex, with fruity aromas of cherry, berries, spices and floral hints. In the mouth it is fresh with a rich and fruity sip and a savory and mineral finish. A label that authentically identifies Abruzzesi rosé wines.
