Trebbiano D'Abruzzo 2020 Valle Reale
Trebbiano d’Abruzzo is a natural wine produced by Valle Reale, from one of the most common white grape varieties Abruzzo region: Trebbiano, an aromatic grape that produces rich, persistent and very long-lived wines. The vinification takes place only in steel to preserve the primary characteristics of the grapes such as fruity and floral aromas, spices and mineral salts that make it complex, while maintaining a great freshness and verticality. The particular aromas and elegance of this wine are also due to the mountain microclimate in which the vines grow. Trebbiano D'Abruzzo di Valle Reale is produced by a partial destemming of the grapes, followed by a soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks. Before being bottled, the wine rests for 6 months in steel tanks. It has a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the nose is intense and complex, with fruity aromas of citrus fruits, white and tropical fruit, floral notes. In the mouth it is taut and fresh with a rich sip and a savory and mineral finish. A label that purely describes the soul of Trebbiano D'Abruzzo.
