The Maison Marguet, active in viticulture since the end of the 19th century, is a family-run business that owns 8 hectares in the villages of Ambonnay and Bouzy. The winemaking practices are carried out in accordance with the dictates of the biodynamic philosophy, and the declared objective is to create products that directly tell the story of the terroirs from which they come.
The Ambonnay of Marguet is a harmonious champagne with complex and refined aromas. It is straw yellow in colour with slight golden reflections, accompanied by a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose alternates scents of citrus, apple, ripe fruit and bread crust, in the mouth is powerful accompanied by a crazy minerality and a nice savory finish. Very persistent.
