Champagne Chardonnay Brut Nature Vincent Brochet
Champagne Chardonnay Brut Nature is a fine wine produced in the traditional way by Vincent Brochet. It is a Champagne Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay grapes that come from two parcels of Premier Cru Vineyards in Ecueil. 50% of the grapes are harvested in the current year and 50% from the previous harvest.
Both in the vineyard and in the cellar, ancestral, non-invasive techniques are used, fully respecting the terroir. Vinification is carried out entirely in oak barrels, and efforts are made to avoid malolactic fermentation of the base wines, keeping temperatures low to give the wine a good dose of freshness. Once bottled, refermentation is carried out according to the principles of the Champenoise method, and the wine remains on its lees in the bottle for a period of about 36 months. The final dosage is 0 g/l and is in fact classified as Brut Nature.
Vincent Brochet's Champagne Chardonnay Brut Nature is elegant and fresh, offering a bouquet of fruit, white flowers and pastry aromas, for a sip animated by a beautiful freshness and acidity that also gives a remarkable predisposition to aging.
