Champagne Cramant Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is a fine Champagne produced by Dhondt Grellet. Obtained from only Chardonnay grapes coming from the prestigious Village Grand Cru Cramant, in the renowned Cote de Blancs, it is an example of Blanc de Blancs of great value in the panorama of French bubbles. The grapes come from 55-year-old vineyards, all classified as Grand Cru in Cramant. The 70% base wine of the last vintage is blended with 30% of reserve wines with the Solera method started in 1986. It is a Champagne of great structure and complexity, with a bouquet of fruit such as apple and apricot, candied orange peel , dried fruit and pastry flavors. In the mouth it is complex, full, but very fresh and mineral. Great aging potential.
