Champagne Brut Grand Cru Millesime 2009 Egly-Ouriet
Champagne Brut Grand Cru Millesime 2009 is a fine Champagne produced by Egly-Ouriet. It is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes, exclusively coming from Ambonnay. Base wines are exclusively fermented in barrique, spontaneously by using only indigenous yeasts and are left to rest for 12 months before the final assemblage. Subsequently, Champagne is aged for 9 years on yeasts in bottle. Egly-Ouriet's Brut Grand Cru Millesime 2009 is a pure expression of the renowned terroir of Ambonnay: with a luminous golden yellow color and a very fine and persistent perlage, it offers to the nose an intense and wide bouquet of ripe yellow fruit, orange peel, ginger, dried fruit and yeasts. The sip is rich and complex, with a mineral and sapid finish.
