Champagne Rosè La Grapillere 2011 Tristan Hyest
The Rosé La Grapillere 2011 is a fine Champagne produced by Tristan Hyest. This cuvée is made from 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier from vineyards at an altitude of 130m above sea level with a southern exposure, from the territory of Trélou-Sur-Marne, in the Vallée de la Marne, where the Domaine is located.
The grapes come exclusively from the 2011 vintage, it is an Extra Brut and a very limited number of these bottles are produced, in line with Tristan's production philosophy, which is always very careful to respect the environment and the original characteristics of the wine.
The "Rosé La Grapillere 2011" is a Champagne well balanced between structure and freshness. It expresses itself in the glass with a beautiful light coral pink colour and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers aromas of fresh fruit and citrus fruits, mineral salts and hints of yeast, bread crust and pastry. In the mouth it is full-bodied and elegant, through a fresh and creamy, persistent sip.
