It is made from 100% Syrah grapes, a typical variety of the Mediterranean area where it expresses itself with spice and fruit, but also of the Aosta Valley where it grows at high altitudes in a microclimate that gives color and sunshine. A wine that combines in a fascinating way the terroir of origin with the characteristics of the vine, for a long and warm sip.

Since 1975, no insecticide or acaricide treatments have been carried out and all fertilisation is carried out using only organic fertilisers.
