Champagne Silver Grand Cru Brut Nature Andre Clouet
The Champagne Silver Grand Cru Brut Nature is a fine Champagne produced by André Clouet. It is obtained from Pinot Noir in purity from vineyards classified as Grand Cru which are located in Bouzy, an area south of the Reims Mountains, where the terroir is particularly suited to the production of this grape variety. The Pinot Noir can be perceived by the richness and structure of this Champagne, which still manages to maintain a great elegance. The vinification takes place thanks to an ancient press but the must is collected in modern steel containers. Subsequently the refermentation takes place in the bottles that are left to rest on the yeasts for three years, in the basement of the cellar, with continuous remouage. Clouet's Champagne Silver Grand Cru Brut Nature shows a luminous straw yellow colour with fine, numerous and persistent perlage; on the nose it expresses above all fruity hints of strawberry, apple and pear enriched by mineral notes of gunpowder. The sip is tasty and persistent.
