Garganega Veneto IGT Monte Brecale
Garganega Veneto IGT is a natural Veneto white wine produced by Monte Brecale. It is made from 100% Garganega, an autochthonous vine of the Veneto region, which in this case, in the Euganean Hills area, derives from 20-30 plants on a basis of trachytic-basaltic soils that give the wines deep minerality. The company is certified organic, and produces wine with minimal interventions and limited use of chemicals. It ferments spontaneously with 30% whole berries for 6 months in a cement tank, after which it is bottled on the lees. The Garganega di Monte Brancale is bright straw yellow in color, with an intense nose of exotic fruit, ripe apple, canned peach and volcanic hints of flint. Soft in the mouth, structured, with a long sip.
