Silice Blanco 2016 Silices Viticultores
Silice Blanco 2016 is a white wine produced by Silices Viticultores. It is made from a blend of 90% Palomino and the remaining 10% indigenous grape varieties such as Modelo, Albarino, Treixadura, Blanco Lexitimo and Dona Blanca, which come from soils of granite origin. This wine is vinified without stalks and fermented in stainless steel. It is then aged in stainless steel while a small part is refined in wood for 8/9 months. On the nose, this interesting Spanish white wine offers elegant aromas of green apple and citrus fruits, with a mineral and savoury taste.
DENOMINATION: The winery decided not to join the DO Ribeira Sacra.

VINIFICATION: fermentation in stainless steel and aging in steel and a minimum of wood for 8-9 months.
